Literally go anywhere else. In this kind of economic climate, less and less people are doing RMT and they treat patients like this. My dad was their client too. No more. By the way, under the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, the Standard of Practice, Client-centered Care, section 12 states "Ensure the client's continuing comfort and safety during the treatment, addressing any intended and unintended effects and outcomes as required." The manager needs a course in people skills. Your line of work is customer service. You don't get to injure people, then talk down to them. Your job is to de-escalate these situations.
