I have been working in the field of mental health for over a decade. This is facility is the worst case of neglect I have ever seen. I am amazed that the ministry has allowed this home to run for so long. The Directors of this program are grossly unqualified and has led to multiple injuries and even a death. If you have a family member in this facility I highly recommend you move them immediately and seek legal advice. I was completely appalled by the benevolent attitude of Jacqueline Corbett. Extremely concerning!
