This review is on Tabatha at the Summerland post office but apparently Penticton looks after this office. Summerland could only tell me they think Chris? is the postmaster for the area. They at Summerland did not even know her last name... Tabatha was trying to help me send a small air package to Australia on Friday. Her misdemeanor and attitude and lack of knowledge was quite unbelievable. I have never had a problem before with sending this type of package. After about 15 minutes and many stupid queries it got sorted. It ended up costing me $70 for a kilo and a half pkg. and she didn't get a tracking number for that amount. Very non professional to say the least
