I have joined many gyms but after the first month I get bored and frustrated due to not seeing any results so I quit, until I found ilovekickboxing of Newmarket, the instructor and other member are amazing, we are there to support each and everyone, its not just a workout its fun too. Its been just over amonth since I joined and yes I feel and see some results and everyday I cant wait to go back for another class, Thank you to all the amazing instuctors you all rock
