I hired High Level Movers for quite a small move - mostly boxes. While a fair amount of the move was good and their two employees were very personable and hard working, there was some damage that has been reported along with photographs. They responded twice to my emails taking no responsibility for any of the damage. One was two broken wine bottles which were packed correctly in wine boxes - they stated that wine was considered "dangerous goods" and should not be moved by their movers. The boxes were clearly marked so the employees had every opportunity to refuse to move them. I had already moved all of my cleaning product and would have easily moved the wine. The other was damage to my hammered metal tables which I discussed with the movers and strongly requested them to wrap the tables and be very careful. The tables were not wrapped and have several scratches. When I began my unpacking, there were numerous boxes stacked on top of the metal tables causing more scratches - pictures were sent to the Company. Other boxes were marked "Do Not Stack" but when unpacking found most of them with other boxes stacked on top. Fortunately, only one wine glass was broken. No responsibility has been take for the damage and I have given up dealing with them. I cannot recommend this company to others as they provide several reasons for not being responsible for damage - none of which I accepted.
