It was late Monday morning when I trepidatiously approached the Macguys store on Kerr St. with my Mac Mini in hand. The mouse had frozen on Saturday so I bought a new one. It too, failed to move the pointer. With the recent Core closure I was stuck. I tried contacting a friend for advice but her number was in the Mini. My tablet mentioned the Macguys; yet so close to my home on Queen Mary Drive. I don’t enjoy shopping for anything of which I have little knowledge yet the positive reviews I had read caused me to continue toward their door. “Good morning”, said the man behind the counter. I responded and explained the problem I was having as I placed the Mini on the counter. He pointed out the accumulation of dust and grime around the edges and confidently told me that it needed a thorough cleaning. He assured me that the work would be done on the premises and likely by himself. That I was happy to hear. As promised, the computer was ready that afternoon and it now works better and faster than ever before. I am so happy to have found these guys and heartily recommend them for any Mac, PC or cell phone service. I left $10.00 on the counter so they three could enjoy a well earned coffee.
