The owner/manager of MOA on Grosvener Ave, Saskatoon, was extremely impolite and aggressive when talking to me about an item I had purchased there. I worry for his employees, some of whom speak little to no English. He told me they are afraid to help customers in the store by helping find items, in case they make a mistake. What does he do to employees who make a mistake?!?! Bullying is not permitted under Canadian Law.
