An outright fraud. Took my ps3 in for repairs three times in the past two weeks and the first two visits he botched the job so badly the system was and still is unusable. Third visit was today and he was emailed and called in advanced and I was told he would be in the office (a run down old office building in a run down neighbourhood in mississauga). However when I arrived I was greeted by no answer at the locked door a full 95 minutes after the posted opening time and a scribbled note stating "stepped out back soon" but after three full hours of waiting he never returned and hasn't returned the two calls I made to his cell today (which was turned off in business hours, left messages both times). After returning home (I live out of town and the drive time is prohibitive for one visit much less three) I checked reviews of this "company" only to find out what I should've looked up beforehand. That being he has a years long track record of aggressively selling "repairs" that go incomplete. Even when I was there I noticed a stack of broken game consoles that had gone unrepaired for years including a rare satin silver japanese ps3 waiting for repair for god knows how long. I was stupid not to see the warning signs but at least I got my system back though its still broken (he did not enough by far). If I'd shipped it in it would still be sitting there five years from now still broken.
