Very poorly ran by a self serving board of directors, property and site manager. Mold was discovered a few years ago and instead of dealing with it they covered up the exteriors with Hardy Board. Board does not enforce bylaws unless it involves on of their properties. Smoking Bylaw was set in place but not enforced. Poor design of building allows second hand smoke to enter top units from bottom units. Avoid this complex.
