Review about Save Max, Brampton

It was a nightmare!!! this brokerage is unprofessional and they're all a bunch of thieves. They were convincing me to sell to a specific costumer of their's for 100000$ less than my home's market value. After 10 months of my home being listed on the marker, I wanted to terminate the contract and they didn't respond to emails (or calls or texts) until I informed them that I will call the cops. They even forged my signature on a selling agreement that I have never seen before with a higher commission. They attract people by telling them that they'll post their houses for 999$ but the reality is that they convince the seller to list their homes for low price and when a deal is made with higher price, they take all the difference and that's how they make their money! don't trust them and don't entrust them with selling your family home because they are all corrupt. Flee if you can!

Hi Hany Thanks for reviewing Save Max but to clear everything out for the readers, nothing as you mentioned ever happened. RECO (Real Estate Council of Ontario) has all the documents and has itself looked into the files and didn't find anything wrong with the transaction as we deal with transparency and honesty. And let's be honest Hany, you cannot threaten us by posting these fake reviews and force us to forget about the $10,000 you loaned from our agent to pay for your down payment. This is simply not how favours are returned when somebody goes out of their way to help you in your bad times. As far as those alleged forged documents are concerned, we would love to see the document proof here online or in the court if you would like to put it that way. You should be well-aware of your situation before calling us a 'a bunch of thieves.' We run this company on values and work really hard to serve our customers and maintain a positive presence and wouldn't hesitate to get rid of any our realtor if found doing something wrong. Sorry you felt the need to personally attack and intimidate Save Max but please remove this fake review as we wouldn't hesitate to get third party involved. We've always believed in providing exceptional real estate services and will continue to do so despite these hoax reviews.
