It was Tuesday, July 19th 2016, time was almost 6PM. The truck centre was almost closed for the day when I arrived there with my Volvo as it was having an electrical fault/ check engine sign had appeared on the dash. As I pulled into the dealership yard I met David Swain (service Manager) and I requested him to help fix my truck problem in spite of being their closing time he was so courteous that he decided to help me. He had only one mechanic over there at that time- Josh. David and Josh both did their best, they not only fixed my truck but saved me time as well. Josh was very quick to do the repair job. Very impressed with timely action of David and Josh, If David would not have taken my truck in I would not have delivered the load on time.
