Clearly I said it was our fault for not measuring correctly...custom colour was neutral and your store is full of same neutral colours...we did not ask for a refund we asked to work with you as an exchange ...what any GOOD retailer would do. My comment stands BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE...just look under reviews for Home Furniture...full of very unhappy customers...I wish I'd read them before dealing with you. We went to Leons and bought a couch, had it delivered within 2 weeks...and even received a 100 credit on our credit card...no comparison...so wish I had dealt with them first.

Artists you're not, your sofas are all pretty standard...your staff (manager) made no reference to making sure we had measured correctly or, that the sofa would be a "one of a kind piece"...your Chinese reference is disturbing if even true. You may have been in business 29 years but your way of doing business with me was not honorable.
With over 786 customers serviced this year and being in this mall for over 29 years, I believe we have been doing something right away. When you buy Chinese product rather then custom making a product, you could return it. No problem. I hope you buy generic product in the future. Clearly custom and creating an item is difficult. Please measure before you do purchase
