I've been working out at Newmarket ILKB since end of July this year. My goal is to lose weight and gain strength. After 3months of exercising, I have more muscles and feel more energized. In the beginning, it was too difficult for me to get through the class but these days I enjoy till the last minute! I love the staff being so kind and friendly with every single members. The manager Chie definitely awesome and I miss being in his classes. I get to have Lloyd's class these days and he's always smiling and tells members how much he loves teaching kickboxing. So far I love working out at Newmarket ILKB and it will always be!!!! I strongly recommend this branch to people who are looking for a place to work out and have fun at the same time!
