I dreaded the thought of buying a new TV....but when I went into Best Buy Express I was greeted by Justin. Justin was very friendly and patiently explained my options. As a senior I was not aware of what exactly the latest in TVs were, but Justin took the time to explain them to me. I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy this young man showed. I now have a new TV.
