I took 4 custom-made suits to "Quality Care Cleaners" in Oakville. They damaged 3 of the 4, all which showed evidence of snagging on a piece of machinery. I have no financial or business advantage in making this complaint. It personally benefits me in no way, so I make this complaint simply to warn people away. I have never had this damage done at any other cleaners before. I have personally never DAMAGED my own suits in this way and only use them to go to church and back, nothing more. I never wore these suits before I noticed the damage so it's not possible I damaged them. They came out of the plastic bags in this condition when I cut the pink cleaner's tags off and were in new and perfect condition when I took them in for cleaning. I have no doubt that people have tried to scam this company before into fixing damage the company did not do. However, it does not logically follow that EVERY customer is dishonest. I am not. These cleaners damaged my suits. They fixed one, but then refused to fix the other two, claiming I damaged them. Not true. Shame on them and don't use this business.
