Just like any other business. I bent over backwards getting five dogs to them minimum 12 hours to get just from a gulf island never mind two sailing waits on a long weekend and an overnighter in my car with my dog's carcass because it was too late to call. So 630 am i arrive, 730 am I call and someone comes in at 830. He's just having his shower. Another hour. Then I'm called in there to bring my tiny dog and the guy starts with "this is not cool you coming and waking me up at 730." If you have a repeat customer who's handing you the last member of her family to be placed into an oven to be burned to ashes, it's EXTREMELY disrespectful and MEAN to bring that up. I had to take four days off work and travel through hell's half acre and sleep.in my car. All he had to do was get out of bed by 8 am. Disgusted.
