Scammers/thieves through and through. I placed an online order on October 11th, received an email confirmation same day and my credit card was charged same day. Nothing since despite making multiple phone calls between the 13th and 16th, leaving a voicemail and sending an email. This is now the 23rd of October. What a way to treat/ignore a customer.
