My mother has been a resident here for about 7 years. We are very happy with the care she receives. Both my brother and I live a long way from Winnipeg and have full confidence in this facility. The staff are attentive, the atmosphere is to my mother’s taste, the meals are good and the activities appropriate. She chose The Waverley several years ago so no one else would have to make the choice for her. Now that her memory is beginning to fail, she is still safe there, and if the circumstances necessitate, she can move to the adjacent memory care facility, The Rosewood. Most importantly, she’s happy there.
