On March 30, 2023 at 10:58 a.m. I redeemed 6000 points for a Giftcardpass. my account showed this as requested and said the prize code would be emailed to me within 5 business days. thirteen days later and no prize code has been received and my account status still shows the request. I have called the listed phone number on the web site, no answer so I left a message with my phone number for a return call. I have sent emails asking for my prize code. to date I have had no response of any kind and no prize code or giftcardpass. I have had 2 redemptions previously with no problems. I give my time and respond to their surveys, I think it's only fair they give me what I've earned and at least respond to my inquiries.
