We had a very negative experience with Langley Hyundai. They promised us a dealer installed back up camera upon delivery. When we arrived to pick up car there was no camera although I called and checked with our sales person Tyler the day before. They asked for a day to get it all set up and after chasing them for three days they reneged on it. Judging by the overall experience we had it is my opinion that the unprofessional conduct we experienced is the standard operating procedure at Langley Hyundai.

Langley Hyundai provided us with the absolute worst car buying experience. Having purchased 20 cars over the last 30 years I expect some games from car dealerships but Langley Hyundai took unprofessionalism and lack of scruples to a whole new level. They reneged on a dealer installed back up camera which was part of the purchase agreement which will force us to waste time in taking them to small claims court. Don't make the same mistake we made and purchase a vehicle from Langley Hyundai
