Had issues with my car so I dropped it off. Was told I have an issue with my steering rack and quoted almost 6000+TAX for repair. Long story short, I escalated to Audi Canada because I believed the Dealer damaged my steering rack when they repaired my car previously. The dealership decided to actually check my car and found another issue, a rusted shaft, which cost 1400+tax to repair. It took Audi Canada 4 weeks to reject my claim, so I had no car for 4 weeks. The sad part of all this is that I decided not to repair the car at the dealership so I picked it up, it felt stiff for 2 minutes, and then it drove like nothing ever happened. So conclusion is those guys are crooks, my steering rack is just fine, and the other part maybe rusty but it's functional. So at best they would diagnose my issue properly and fix the rusted part, at worst they would rip me off and make me pay them 6000$+TAX for nothing at all and then add the shaft on top of that.
