The Huble Homestead is a historic site located in the Giscome Portage Regional Park and operated by the Huble Homestead / Giscome Portage Heritage Society. The Society’s mission is to establish a network of people committed to preserving and developing the history of the Huble Homestead, Giscome Portage, and surrounding area. The Grand Trunk Pacific and the Social Landscape, ' will open on April 23rd at 5:30 pm in the museum gallery. This exhibition uses a social history perspective to explore the decision to construct the railway through Northern B.C., the challenges faced by builders and administrators, and the ramifications for the people living in what would become Prince George. Along the way, the exhibit discusses early land speculation, construction worker camp life, and the Grand Trunk Pacifics influence on the citys layout and landmarks.This is a reflective and comprehensive look at the motivations behind the construction of the railway and offers a view of its consequences for the city. 
The Railway & Forestry Museum is a must-visit for those interested in railway history. With informative displays, friendly staff, and open train and car interiors, visitors can gain a unique insight into the past. The museum features various rolling stock, buildings, and even a miniature train. During Christmas time, the museum transforms into a Celebration of Lights, making it an epic experience for the whole family. Briar Craig Briar Craig utilizes new ultraviolet serigraph techniques in this exhibition of lush and detailed prints based on Dadaist texts and random snippets of language. Craig collects material from the world around him ranging in nature from magazine clippings to fortune cookie fortunes. He incorporates this material into his work as a reflection of the world we inhabit. Sometimes altering the texts he uses, and befuddling their intended meaning, he forces viewers to look again in order to wrest their own meaning from his work. Recent projects have invited viewer participation. About his work Briar Craig writes: “I am attempting to make personal, idiosyncratic sense of the barrage of imagery and information that we are bombarded with every day. In the so-called ‘information age’ we have been conditioned to absorb and respond to ever-increasing quantities of sensory information and I am suggesting the things that catch our individual attentions share common thematic threads.” Two Rivers Gallery is a museum and art gallery in Prince George, showcasing a beautiful, high-end space with immersive and impactful exhibits. The selection includes multicultural and Indigenous art, with a well-curated gift shop.
