Minnekhada Park Association is highly regarded for its scenic trails, suitable for dogs on leashes, families with children, and those attending events at the beautiful lodge. The park offers various lookouts and is rich in history. Hiking enthusiasts recommend the high and low knolls. Warnings to watch out for bears during spring and fall and to securely dispose of food and garbage are consistently mentioned.
