Franco Morgante President Franco was born and raised in Italy, where he completed training and certification as a Master Tailor. He came to Canada in 1965 and after gaining experience in the retail business decided he wanted to take the next step. In 1978 Morgante Menswear Ltd. was born and Franco's dream became reality. He was one of the first in Ottawa to import and specialize in European fashion. After 35 years, Franco still enjoys spending time in the shop, either sewing or greeting clients. Domenic Morgante Sales Manager Born and raised in Ottawa, Domenic started working in the store at the age of 18 on a part-time basis while attending the University of Ottawa. Upon graduating in 2004 with a B. Comm., Domenic decided that retail was his passion and that he wanted to follow in his father's footsteps. He presently handles all of the day to day operations of the store and hopes to continue to grow what his father started.
