Nicholas Deek teaches piano to students of all ages and levels. His students have won top prizes in Kiwanis & Ottawa Piano Festivals, and Canada Music Week as well as First Class Honours with distinction in RCM examinations. Mr. Deek can trace his generation of teachers 6 generations directly to Beethoven! He has taught music to hundreds of students through nearly 15 years of teaching. Mr. Deek also teaches music theory and music history. He holds a Master's of Music, Bachelor's of Music, and ARCT (95%) all in Piano Performance. Lessons are in-person (Ottawa) and online. Nicholas studied with some of the world's best pianists and is an active performer in Ottawa. He has performed as a soloist across Canada, in the USA and in England.
