Shortly after graduation in 1980 Dr. Frazer founded his practice serving the Scarborough, Markham and Durham Regions. Dr. Frazer started his practice with a specialization in anxiety disorders and in particular panic disorders with agoraphobia and quickly the practice grew to a complement of several trained professionals.
