Tom felt there was a very small offering of 100% Natural, Free Range, and Local premium meats in the marketplace, and if you were lucky to find it, the selection was lacking and prices out of reach for most. “ I opened the Oakville Location somewhat for self-fish reasons to be honest.I could never source a premium Meat Store which carried Natural, and Free Range Meats, at a fair price. I thought, if I was seeking this product, definitely I am not alone.” With his background in Restaurants, most recently with earth and globe restaurants and Peller Estates Winery, Tom was able to bring his Food and Wine knowledge to offer a twist in the typically uneventful meat purchasing experience. “We have all visited a butcher store and it is typically cold, smelly, and uninviting, with intimidating service and outrageous pricing. I thought that if you always provide a fantastic product, with engaging and knowledgeable staff, with fair pricing, in a welcoming environment, the concept in itself should work.” Tom Stasiuk Marbled Meats is highly praised for offering top quality meats with excellent taste and welcoming service. Tom, the butcher, is commended for his great selection of lamb, pork, beef, and chicken, as well as his prepared foods. Prices are considered awesome. Customers especially rave about the fresh and delicious chicken and ribs.
