Christine inherited her tenacity from her great-grand-father who settled in this country in the late 19th century, and her culinary talents from her grand-mother who dispensed both training and recipes brought directly from her Lebanese village of Ayn Hershey. Apart from providing high quality and authenticity to all her dishes, Christine undertook the task of initiating her customers to the variety and excellence of Lebanese wines; in so doing, her restaurant became the first Lebanese establishment of its kind in Québec.
