PCAS Inc. has evolved from a small community supported employment workshop into one of Peel Region’s largest assessment/employment support service agencies. The Richview Baptist Foundation was incorporated in 1980 as an extension of the Richview Baptist Church’s ministry to the community. The Foundation established two social housing buildings in the Etobicoke area which came to be known as the Richview Residence. On May 13, 2010 the name of our organization was changed to Richview Community Care Services Corporation to reflect our expanded services to both the tenants of Richview Residence and the Central West LHIN community.
