La Belle Province est un incontournable de la restauration rapide au Québec, depuis 1967! L'histoire des restaurants La Belle Province a débuté en 1967 en plein cœur du centre-ville de Montréal. Nick Glezos et son gérant Peter Kivetos, natif de la Grèce, ont ouvert les portes dans la métropole sur le boulevard Ste-Catherine. Malheureusement l'année suivante, un incendie majeur rasa le restaurant ainsi que l'immeuble. Le restaurant a donc été déplacé et reconstruit par Peter Kivetos sur la rue Sherbrooke en 1969. Il fonda un système d'opération unique de cuisine rapide (Fast-Food). Ce fût donc le premier restaurant La Belle Province au Québec avec le concept que nous connaissons aujourd'hui. Connaissant un grand succès, un 2e et 3e restaurant La Belle Province ouvre leurs portes à Saint-Hubert sur le boul. Taschereau et sur le boul. Gouin à Roxboro.
