Le fondateur, Léopold Bouchard, a démarré son entreprise en 1930. Le commerce, à cette époque, était spécialisé en chauffage, plomberie et électricité. Le service à la clientèle était déjà au coeur des préoccupations de l’entreprise, car Léopold Bouchard était passé maître de l’art de la résolution de problèmes pour ses clients. M. Bouchard avait su s’entourer de bons employés, si bien que l’un d’eux, Guy Bernard, qui avait épousé une de ses nièces, se portait acquéreur du commerce en 1964. Aujourd’hui, 32 personnes composent l’équipe dévouée de Décoration et salles de bain Léopold Bouchard. C’est ainsi qu’en succédant à Léopold Bouchard et Guy Bernard, Julie Bernard a su adapter l’entreprise à de nouvelles exigences de sa clientèle en étant toujours à l’affût des nouveautés dans le monde de la salle d’eau, tout en restant fidèle à la mission première de ses prédécesseurs : donner le meilleur service possible.
