Dr. Mandin has called Kingston home since attending La Salle Secondary School, then Queen's University for a Bachelor of Science with Honours (Life Sciences). He is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. As part of a Military family, Dr. Mandin calls Kingston his permanent home and he can't imagine a better place to work and raise a family. Dr. Mandin started his practice in 1996, and has taken post-graduate training in acupuncture, clinical nutrition, foot biomechanics, and the provision of custom orthotics. He is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, the Acupuncture Council of Ontario, and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Leonard Handley received his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology at the University of Guelph in 1991. From there he went to the National College of Chiropractic in Chicago, Illinois and completed his studies in 1996 resulting in obtaining his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He then relocated to the Kingston area with his wife, Karen and their three children, establishing Handley Chiropractic Clinic in 1998. Angie Carr has been a receptionist for Dr. Handley over the last year. She has been a chiropractic assistant over 20 years. Angie is invaluable as both a receptionist as well as a finance whiz, taking charge of all of the clinic’s 3rd party billing (WSIB and MVA.) Sarah Sands started with Dr. Handley in late 2013. Sarah works Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. She is involved with the day to day operations of the clinic and is heading the orthotic aspect of the clinic. Sarah’s friendly attitude and outgoing personality has won many patients over. Our senior employee, Laura Hart joined the Clinic’s administrative family 2012. Recently she has scaled back her clinic hours but still remains a valuable part of the accounting department.
