My educational background includes a Master's Degree Diploma in Psychosocial Intervention and Psychotherapy, B.A. in Psychology and graduate study certificate in Trauma Counseling. I have also completed an extensive training as an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist provided by the International Institute for Trauma & Addiction Professionals. Prior to my private practice in Kelowna, my most recent experience was at the Community Mental Health Centre in Fort McMurray, Alberta where I worked with clients of all ages in individual, group and family settings. I had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, including individuals living with mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, sex addiction, OCD, ADHD, and personality disorders. I was involved in providing Suicidal Intervention Services to remote communities as well as Social Skills trainings to adolescents.
