We maintain animal health and protect the environment by pasture raising our animals. Grass-fed meat has reduced environmental impacts and offers greater health benefits to the consumer compared with conventionally raised beef. Conservation of biodiversity and holistic farming methods are priorities on our farm. Our goal is to produce exceptional products in a sustainable manner. If our children decide to choose this crazy life-we want to leave our land in better condition than we found it, so they can carry on the family tradition of growing good food.
