We are an alternative housing option then the regular motel, hotel, inn or lodging that you can find in the area. The Novel Stay is owned and operated by New Scotland Financial Group Ltd, which is a property management company located in Downtown Halifax. The owner Brian Molloy, noticed there was a gap in the short term rental accommodations area and decided to renovate one of his properties to fill the void in Halifax.
