Who should try RAPID? Anyone who has pain, discomfort, or decreased range of motion, especially those who feel they have tried everything else out there. RAPID is different. RAPID is a manual therapy, not a traditional massage. Please wear or bring comfy clothes that allow movement, T shirt and shorts or yoga pants are ideal.
