My husband and I had the Falls Furniture build our wine room in our newly constructed home here in Penticton. We could not be more pleased with how it turned out. Better than what we had hoped for! As stated in the previous review, the quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none!!! Thank you Donna and Joel!!!

I have to admit we are a little old school when it comes to outreach, but also when it comes to servicing our customers. Any of the numbers should work as we have call forwarding to the shop on off hours at the showroom. The Showroom in Ok Falls is readily open to browsers Wednesdays from 12 noon to 3pm and Saturdays from 10am - 3pm and in between you will find a note on the door welcoming you to call or visit the shop direct. Please note that we are manufactures where site visits and installs occasionally call us away from the shop but I sure hope you will try again, Donna
