Through the course of my life coaching sessions with Maria, I have found that I am far more motivated to achieve the goals that I have set out for myself in all aspects of my life, than what I believed to be previously possible.

I had gone to therapy for two years in my late teens. All I gained from it was the knowledge that I had too much stress in my life and needed to find a way relax. I already knew that, hence to reasons for my visits and my subsequent lack of return.
