Hami's Playhouse Infant/Toddler Centre, Coquitlam, BC

Our goal is to teach the love of learning by allowing children to experience their own stage of development and helping them feel success without any needed pressure. Hami’s Playhouse Daycare Centre is fully licensed by Fraser Health Authority, and Coquitlam City Hall for an infant and toddler daycare centre for children, 6 weeks to 3 years of age. Our main objective is to provide a positive, atmosphere which will promote the social, physical, intellectual, and emotional, growth of children. In a caring and positive atmosphere, Hami' Playhouse Daycare Centre creates a warm and happy place for infants and toddlers to thrive and learn. Physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development is more interrelated for this age group and more dependent on a consistent relationship with an adult caregiver. Sensory, motor, perceptual, and language skills are introduced through materials and activities, which are both child-centred and teacher-directed. We encourage the advancement of physical and intellectual competence of each child in age appropriate activities, also exploration and problem solving.
