I will never got one Tim Horton again .nasty

Hi I am from Fort McMurray, AB and was staying in Chestermere Alberta during the evacuation. I took my fourteen year old son and his friend to Tim Hortons for lunch one afternoon. I did not know that eating a meal could be so stressful. The Manager, I call her Big Mouth Val, was having a meeting with two of her staff members at a table in the dining area. She was discussing other staff members with them. She was speaking so loud that all the customers could hear her. And she was saying nothing nice about them. Every so often she would stop her conversation and belittle an employee in front of everybody. Was there no where else that she could have had this meeting and if she does have a problem with an employee could she not speak to them somewhere about this problem. I have read other reviews from three years ago and they say the same thing about her. Obviously the owner doesn't care how she treats people. I would not recommend that anyone get a job in this place. Very disappoint with Tim Hortons.

My review is of the Tim Hortons on Lynden rd in Brantford Ont, I live two blocks away, do not have a car at this time and have been forced into going to this Tim Hortons for over 4 years! I say forced because it is the only one with walking distance to my home, which I believe the head office thinks they are doing a great job because a new one in my area hasn't opened in forever! Any how it's to the point where theses workers actually treat me like s**** because I REFUSE to accept their crap coffee (burnt) or just half brewed, or the fact that they can't grasp that their machines don't have a memory chip in them so when they push the sugar/cream/milk button 4 times before it finishes the last one it isn't going to actually put out that amount of product! Plus how these employees actually have complained because I again refuse to tip even 5 cents due to their poor service poor attitude and just down right laziness! It is not me it is this Tim Hortons because on Fridays and Thursdays I actually get to go to different Tim Hortons and these coffees I have never had to complain about actually because these coffees are so good and exactly what I order I order an extra 3 so they can be warmed up later in the day and even after being warmed up they still taste 90 % better than any I have received from the Tim Hortons on Lynden rd! So as I have also been treated like I am complaining for free coffee yet not once have I not brought back my disgusting coffee with less than the sip I had to taste it! So if I wanted free I would try keeping that gross one or drink it before I complained, yet I don't want it hence why I am wasting 20 mins walk back for what I actually ordered! The sad thing is I am a regular and get treated like shit, I order 4 coffees every morning and 2 bagels, they can't even make bagels right it's to the point I ask for my cream cheese on the side and put it on at home! My kids have had to choke down these bagels with half the amount of cream cheese that I actually pay for because I get two so the employee is to lazy to get two scoops out with the ice cream scoop, they try put half and half of the one scoop onto each bagel which then in turn is not enough to even cover each bagel, yet they don't try and CHARGE me half of the cream cheese price! As I complained about this 40 times I just gave up and ask for the cream cheese on side and have to prepare and fast food ordered bagel at home after I just paid for it to be done for me because the employees discriminate and act like it was again just me complaining so I stopped trusting them to make it right, then giving it to my kids to choke down, which is not fair the price isn't cheap either so sad!!!! I KNOW I CAN"T BE THE ONLY PERSON THEY TREAT THIS WAY< OR EXPECT TO TAKE CRAP TASTING COFFEE AND KEEP DRAGGING TIM HORTONS NAME DOWN BECAUSE OF THEIR SERVICE< they need to remember half their customer are only their because of the TIM HORTONS NAME so I am expecting my coffee to be fresh/brewed every 20 mins, with the exact same amount of cream and sugar each time how hard is it really! The fact that they blame me as the problem is a joke and proves their discriminating against me, yet the other 2 Tim Hortons I am only lucky enough to visit 2 times a week even told me to complain to head office because I should not have to pre order 4 coffees twice a week from another location then warm them help throughout the day due to that Tim Hortons gross coffee, poor service! They couldn't believe why I was ordering 4 coffees for later that day! Plus when those two tim hortons employees see me on those two day they already know my order plus never had a complaint so it isn't me, it is the employees at LYNDEN RD! Last year when I had my car, I stopped going their I bet they felt my 30 $ a day drop it adds up at a monthly rate! PLEASE HELP! I am a dedicated customer, and don't deserve this treatment!

I cannot believe what I just read! Are you bowing to Muslim pressure to remove ham and pork from your menu and replacing it with halal? That is disgusting! I am a frequent customer of your business, but I will never go there again if you follow through with this. If Muslims don't like the meat, they don't have to order it, but they have no right to dictate what I can/cannot eat. It turns my stomach to think of slitting the throats of live animals, sedated or not, to make the halal. Shame on you for bowing to Muslim pressure. What will they complain about next!

I live in Brampton. My daughter went though a few Tim Horton s restaurant to apply for an employment in this area. The outcome was horrific to found out that all Tim Horton s restaurants in this town are flat out racially operated as staff in these restaurants is 100% Indian including restaurants managers and will not hire any other than Indian. Basically she was talked off with a attitude from every and each of Tims restaurants in Brampton . Not a Canadian approach at all.

I hate to complain or wine, but I am a regular Tim Horton customer for the morning and lunch, but what has happened today with me, I think I rather go to M******* who have a great customer service. I am in Windsor , and gone to Tim Horton in Tecumseh mall, ordered tea and honey crueller , give a $10 bill. The bill came $2.54, and she gave me $2.46 back. I told her that I gave u a $10 bill, and she said no, you gave me only $5 bill. Immediately, a girl from the line came forward and told cashier that she gave you $10 bill. She said no. I told her madam, I am not lying, and I gave u 10 dollar bill. She again said no. I asked to bring the manager, and now some manager came. She told me that we will balance the cash at nite, and if v have 5 dollars extra there, we will call you. So guess no one called, and next day when I we visited the Tim Horton at Tecumseh mall in Windsor, manager told me we had 5 dollar extra, and the girl left a $5 bill in envelop, but no one called, and told me I was lying. What place with full of scam. No customer service, no manners. I will not go to Tim Horton back. I m amazed no one called me back. What a place.

Horrible experience this morning! Will not be back - I pulled in to the drive thru today at 7:40 am - I ordered my usual large decaf at the drive thru order - I waited for about two minutes to finally get up to the window - When I did, I paid for my coffee via debit tap, and the person at the window gave me my food order - She then turned to get my coffee and someone from inside the store came up, I guess to tell her there was no decaf - She then turned to me to say there was no decaf, which I had already paid for - When I asked her how there could possibly be no decaf, her response was it takes a while to brew - This didn’t exactly make sense to me as an answer, so I asked her how at a coffee shop there just isn’t always decaf available - Her response to me then was that it’s the morning and no one drinks decaf in the morning I would hate to have to be the one to point out the ignorance of this employee, but I was attempting to drink decaf this morning. I feel that I have been extremely discriminated against, because what this employee fails apparently to realize, is that drinking decaf is not always a preference or choice, but unfortunately a necessity. I suffer from a heart condition which prevents me from drinking caffeinated beverages. The arrhythmia was discovered later in my 20’s, so I had to transition out of caffeinated coffee. I drink decaf because it has a placebo effect and I still enjoy the morning ritual. This employee has completely disregarded this, and left me to feel less important in my coffee needs because I can’t drink the standard coffee Furthermore, while she was not wearing a name tag today, I frequent this Tim Horton’s often, and I believe I have seen in the past that this particular person is a MANAGER of this location. I find this response by someone who is in charge to be extremely disappointing I certainly will not be using this Tim Horton’s in the future, and believe I will switch entirely to another coffee provider

I live near Midland, ON and went to the Tim Hortons on Highway 93 today...we order our food get up to the window and was told they didn't have the biscuits for or sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo. To make matters worse we get the bag of food and much to our suprise there was NO hashbrowns....so after waiting 20 minutes in drive thru and another 10 minutes inside waiting to ask for my hashbrowns I was told they didn't have hashbrowns!! Pretty sad to be honest...why are you constantly running out of stuff....you're a donut shop and I've been told many of times that we're out we're out. Here is the thing...I have never went to McDonalds and ordered at quater pounder and been told we ran out.....I have never went to Burger King and ordered a Whopper and get told to chose something else because we're out. With this being said....we got NO hashbrowns not biscuit for our biscuit sandwhich and after all this we ended up with a cold sandwhich and nothing we seriously wanted!!!!

Unfortunateley my experience as of late has been horrendous. We have been long standing customers of yours for years , however I have gone to the various stores that sell your Pods only to discover that you have changed your pod, they are see through. The coffe in these pods is disgusting I take my coffee black & I can see right through the coffe. It look & tastes like dish water . As you know the market is very competitive Star Bucks is now on board as other coffee makers & Unless your coffe pods return to what they were," in the dark pods, where the coffee actually tastes great as you normal coffe did I am afraid you will be You will be loosing a lot of customers. I know several of my friends have stopped buying your. Brand because of this very issue. As you know this will eventually drive your stock down, that is not a good thing. I am very frustrated that I have wasted $49.95. On your see through pods & feel like we have been royally ripped off I would expect better from Tim Hortons Rita Beltrano phone #905-823-7742 hopefully I will get a response from one of your managers not customer service, who we have spoken to & was totally useless to even handle the issue. Waiting to hear from you.

The new owner of the location at York rd/Victoria rd in Guelph treats her staff horribly. As I have witnessed with my own eyes! The staff there are hard working, work great together, even under the circumstances that they are always short staffed because no one wants to work for the new owner so everyone keeps quitting. They still work professionally, help each other out and get the job done! Way to go employees of that Guelph location! Keep up the good work and don't let that owner get in your way!

It was last sunday may 17/2015, at around 10 am. I decided to go have a quick breakfast with my hubby, we went to drive true on young and hwy 7. I ordered BELT sandwich as usual. Not too complicated, I asked them to remove bacon from my sandwich. the first speaker got so confused and she even didn't understand what I was asking for, I repeated it couple times and explained that I want egg chees lettuce and tomato in my sandwich, she gave her position to other person and I started ordering to him again. I explained everything again and it seemed he understood finally, I asked for whole wheat and he said they dont have and I asked for 12 grain bagel and he said ok, my hubby also order a sandwich on 12 grain and double shot of espresso. we drive through and when they wanted to give us the sandwiches they said they dont have also 12 grain and just regular or sesame seed bagel. I found no choice because I was so late to go to work and they killed my time enough while I was ordering but my husband is on special diet and cant eat white bread therefore he canceled his sandwich. we canceled one of the sandwiches and buy the rest of the order. we pay for our order and wait for the order. she closed the window and when she came back, unbelievable, she gave us 2 sandwiches and espresso!!! we were shocked!! she charged us for both sandwiches also! my husband told her that we canceled one of the sandwiches. she got so upset and very angry and nervous called her manager. But about Mr manager... Mr F****!! I believe ( thats what I read on his name tag). when he came front of window no respect no hi and no smile for the costumer!! his employees started complain about us front us to him and he was trying to make them relax while his hands were shacking. He canceled one of the sandwiches and open my sandwich front of me to see which one is the sandwich he has to cancel. He perfectly destroyed my sandwich while I saw a piece of lettuce fell and the rest came out of sandwich and then he passed it to me when i open my sandwich!!! so funnyyyyy!!! it was bacon in it!!!! i told him i asked for NO BACON 100 times!!! he got so upset and mad while his hand were still shacking he took my sandwich and he canceled all of our order ! we already paid for espresso and he wanted to take that too. so my husband told him we wait very long time in the line and he want to have his espresso and dont wanna wait for other line up so he gave us our money back and very rude and unprofessional charged us for espresso. His management was very unprofessional and disorganized. they were busy but short of stuff and staff!! for sunday morning they had only 2 kind of bagels!! I was late to work 10 min and after that my whole day was so down because of tim horton's employees' attitude at young and hwy 7!!! I decide to go to star buck from now on! At list they are so friendly, polite, smiley face all the time and they are so professional in costumer serving. I was regular costumer at tim horton (every single day for my breakfast) and barley go to star buck but when I see this big difference of costumer service skill, couple dollar money is not really important that people want to disrespect and hurt you and make your all day feel so down. very bad experience from tim horton out of expectation.

Hi, I am a regular customer in this Tim Hortons store. I am very emotionally attached to this store due to the "morning staff" excellent hospitality and hard work to serve in accuracy. Today I was really shocked and heartbroken to see the pathetic visual in front of my eyes. The manager of the store"L*** P*******" was literally abusing her staff, humiliating them in front of us. Infact two of the staff started crying badly. I heard lot about L*** P******* from many of my co-customer as she is really rude with her staff, she humiliates them, insults them and never appreciate. Today I saw by my own eyes. I felt for once to run and hug those two innocent girls but she was so high in volume that I controlled myself otherwise, I would have lashed her badly. Is this the way Manager behaves with her staff? Is this way Manager humiliates her hard-working staff. As a dedicated Tim Hortons customer I request to take a strong action on Ms L*** P*******. Otherwise she will continue doing this and Tim Hortons will lose some good hard-working honest staff soon.I have decided till, your head office does not take a action against Lora, I will not enter that store again. As I cannot see her insulting her staff in daily basis. Hope you all will give a look at my request and feed back. I have been going to the Wyecroft location as the Bronte location is hard to get in and out of What I like about the Head Office location is that the service is at its best! Perhaps some of these management trainees could go to other locations and clean them up and get staff on track! Each morning or afternoon I have gone in there are two charming ladies asking you to try new products or keeping the front of the store so very clean! I've chatted with Kim and now in the morning I look forward to her smile! I wish all Tim Hortons employees liked working there!

i work at tim hortons i spent 13 hours doing the online traning and now not even a penny paid for it but i heard other people getting atleast paid for 10 hours. its really sad to see how some of your superbisor take advantage of people

I am a visitor of Tim Hortons about three times per week. This week, at your location at Stafford and Corydon, Winnipeg, I was paying by Interac, and my card was not registering with your machine. The employee had already poured my medium coffee, so I knew it couldn't be used otherwise. I asked to speak with the Manager, whose English was not even at 50%. I had no cash. I asked her if it would be OK to pay her tomorrow for it, since it couldn't be otherwise utilised. She said "no", and moved it away from me. I couldn't believe it! Only when I reminded her that it couldn't be used anyway, and that I was never coming back to this Tim's, did she give me the coffee, after pouring it in another cup to make sure I wouldn't win anything. I am going back to pay her, and will ask her for a new cup, no doubt. Oh, and I asked if she would write down her supervisor's name and phone for me. She wrote her own name down, either avoiding the topic or not understanding the question. No thank you's from her, smiles or politeness. She treated me like a "coffee thief," all for $1.80, whatever. For $1.80, she has lost a customer. Thank you.

tim hortons should be carful before mcdonalds takes their bissness.charging for a medium cup if you get a small hot chocolate in it. I didn't want my little girl to burn herself so I ask if they would put the small in a medium cup. the best part is I ask for a medium coffie and told them I had my own togo mug. wake up tim hortons
