For instance, the other day I had a biggie: a spurious upload error when uploading files with a browser (which turned out to be a small misconfiguration on their end). It would have been a deal-breaker, as my client's entire site hinges on being able to upload files in that manner. Good job.

My server and all my websites are always up and responsive. GTHost is good web host. The majority of the support I have received has been excellent by truly detailed and polite agents. Support with them can be a bit slow but they there 24/7 so you don't have to wait overnight for replies, I usually get replies to my emails in about 45 minutes which is perfect for me.

Recommend GTHost hosting to others. I like the support, always willing to assist me over and over again with even the smallest request. I have not had one day of trouble from this hosting account, and only contact them to help me set up issues with my domain.

I have often thought to myself that I was wasting their time but despite all of that and throughout they have done all they can to help me. Well, I've been with GTHost.com dedicated hosting for 2 months. They also provide a helpful live chat support, which is great for me if I get myself in trouble with my dedicated' and servers with them. I currently do not host my main website with them, as it's hosted on another network, however my premium hosted services are with them.
