Boxtech® is a revolutionary, award-winning program using a tiered form of teaching called the Boxtech® system to learn the sweet science of boxing. You will start out with White Gloves® and work your way up through 5 coloured levels: Yellow, Green, Blue, Red and Black. In all of the coloured levels, you will learn new boxing fundamentals: footwork, punches, and combinations. All of our classes are non-contact until you reach our 4th coloured ‘Glove Level’: Blue. At this point, you can choose to attend separate sparring classes, or continue the non-contact Boxtech® classes.
