About Pam I created Falling Open in 2010 originally as way to stay in contact with spirituality, questioning and creativity in the midst of the challenges of daily life as a new mom. It is a forum for reflection about living a spiritual life and has been relaunched in September 2012 with the hope that it will become a larger guiding light for others in their attempt to do the same. Much of the current content is related to yoga as this has been my primary “elixir” in coping with the stress of everyday life. From this point forward, I hope that Falling Open becomes a forum that includes reflection not only on yoga but other pathways to Spirit. This is a site that is dedicated to living an “inspirited” life and learning how to do the work of embodying spiritual ideals that are often talked of as concepts but not really lived. My work as a yoga and Enneagram teacher and psychotherapist will continue to be the sources of my inspiration and writing.
