Sherry holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and a Masters of Theological Studies (Pastoral Counselling) from the Waterloo Lutheran Seminary, Wilfrid Laurier University. She has also received Clinical training at Interfaith Family Counselling Centre and Lutherwood Family Counselling Centre. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists & Psychotherapists (OACCPP). As well she is involved in her community as a board member for the Eating Disorder Awareness Coalition of Waterloo Region and is active in her faith community. In the past she has worked with Lutherwood Family Counselling in the school based program, attending local secondary schools to counsel youth on site.
