In addition to specializing in Canadian multilingual/multicultural programming, OMNI Alberta features popular sitcoms and dramatic series from the US along with OMNI’s station-wide schedule of Chinese Super Cinema and South Asian Bollywood Freetime Movies. OMNI Television is licensed as a multilingual/multicultural broadcaster. A key condition of our licence is that we must air the majority of programming in a minimum number of languages to no less than a specific number of ethnocultural communities.
