Our office policy is to give each new patient a complete examination to start with, so both doctor and patient can get an overall picture of the health of your teeth. We will then help you decide what could be done, what should be done and what needs to be done. Not all cavities need crowns or even restoration. For example, some small ones can safely be left for observation, and fillings are a lot cheaper than crowns.
