The only dentist I've ever trusted.
He doesn't try to sell you on anything, in some cases he talks you out of unnecessary work.
My kids actually look forward to their dental visits with Dr Rulka.

Stuart is an excellent dentist with gentle care, decent though not cheap prices and he offers excellent advice without pushing unneccessary dental work. Good guy, and convenient on the skytrain route.

Description
Our office policy is to give each new patient a complete examination to start with, so both doctor and patient can get an overall picture of the health of your teeth.
Screening for oral cancer (should not be an option), it is our first priority . We will also take radiographs (X-rays) to assist in diagnosis and provide a baseline in case of any future problems. We will then help you decide what could be done, what should be done and what needs to be done.
Not all cavities need crowns or even restoration. For example, some small ones can safely be left for observation, and fillings are a lot cheaper than crowns.
