Customers appreciate the great staff and services at Cascades a Serenity Day SPA in Bedford. They enjoy the lovely environment and specific mention the excellent work of Amy for massages and Kimmer for manicures and pedicures. However, some express disappointment over issues with reservations and changes in spa amenities such as the removal of hot tub and steam shower. Prices have also increased, causing concern.
