Cascades Day Spa is uniquely located in Bedford, Nova Scotia on the edge of the Sackville River where it meets the Atlantic Ocean. Offering an extensive range of treatments including Registered Massage Therapy, Clinical Skin Care, Reflexology, Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing, Threading, Laser Hair Removal, Body Wraps, Body Scrubs and Eyelash Extensions. Our beautiful facility includes a relaxation lounge, lockers, steam showers and a Riverside patio with hot tub. Slip into a robe and sandals, enjoy a cup of our custom blend herbal tea and leave the world behind.
