Arashi Do Martial Arts started in a small town in rural Alberta over 25 years ago. Though it has grown and now has 18 schools in Alberta, Arashi Do still has a foundation of community, teamwork, communication and always working to improve and grow that was instilled at it's beginning. Arashi Do Leduc was started on June 6 in 2011 and since then has become an integral part of the community. Arashi Do supports Leduc City initiatives to prevent bullying both by teaching members how to safely defend themselves and by helping students build the character and integrity that prevents young people from becoming bullies. Arashi Do's mission statement is: "Our school will endeavour to provide quality martial arts instruction within a safe, professional, and positive atmosphere. Allowing each individual to achieve their goals and dreams while maintaining the integrity and respect that martial arts has always stood for." Over the last 25+ years Arashi Do has taught thousands of students and graduated a lot of black belts. Our students tell us that the thing they like best is committing to something special and having a life changing experience.
